25B Industrial deafness due to employment Where any worker is suffering from industrial deafness which is due to the nature of any employment in which the worker was employed at any time prior to the date of giving a notice of the injury then subject to the provisions hereinafter contained the worker or his dependants shall be entitled to compensation under this Act as if the deafness were a personal injury arising out of or in the course of the employment.
