25A Definitions In this Division— ***industrial deafness*** means any condition of deafness caused by exposure continued exposure or periods of continued exposure to industrial noise; ***incapacity*** in relation to industrial deafness includes inability to engage in the worker's own or other suitable employment because of an immediate and substantial risk of increasing the industrial deafness to a level of material disability. S. 25B inserted by No. 9613 s. 2(1).
