25 Saving as to personal injury Nothing in this Act as to compensation in respect of a disease shall affect the rights of a worker to receive compensation in respect of a disease if the disease is a personal injury within the meaning of this Act. Pt 1 Div. 3A (Heading and ss 25A–25J) inserted by No. 9613 s. 2(1).
