102 Failure to provide indemnity Where any indemnity required by this Act as in force before the appointed day to be provided under a policy of accident insurance or indemnity is not provided in respect of any claim award or judgment to which this Part applies the Authority shall have the same rights powers duties and liabilities in respect of the claim award or judgment as the relevant insurer would have had if the insurer had provided the required indemnity.
