101 Claims etc. to which Part applies This Part applies to any claim award or judgment against an employer in respect of personal injury to a worker arising out of or in the course of his employment whether before or after the commencement of this Act being a claim award or judgment under this Act or at common law in respect of which the employer is entitled to be indemnified against his liability under a policy of accident insurance or indemnity obtained from an insurer before the appointed day.
