84C Effect of payment
A payment made to a person under this part—
(a) is not an admission of liability by the employer or the insurer for
the death of the worker; and
(b) is not recoverable from the person, unless the person was not
entitled to the payment; and
(c) does not affect a claim for compensation or compensation
payable under this Act in relation to the worker’s death.
