274 Application of pt 4.9 Part 4.9 (Payments to families of deceased workers) applies only to the death of a worker that happens on or after the later of— (a) 1 January 2026; and (b) the day the Workplace Legislation Amendment Act 2025 (No 3), section 25 commences.
