26 Gradual onset of incapacity
(1) This section applies if, because of the gradual onset of a worker’s
injury, it appears that the level of the worker’s average pre-incapacity
weekly earnings, or average pre-incapacity weekly hours, have been
affected.
(2) The worker’s average pre-incapacity weekly earnings, or average pre-
incapacity weekly hours, must be set at an amount that fairly
represents the weekly amount that the worker would have been
earning or working if the level had not been affected.
