208 Directions about procedure
(1) If the procedure for taking a step in a proceeding is not prescribed
under this Act, the Chief Magistrate may give directions about the
procedure to be followed for the step.
(2) A direction is a notifiable instrument.
(3) If the procedure for taking a step in a proceeding is not prescribed
under this Act (including under a direction mentioned under
subsection (1)), the Magistrates Court may give directions about the
procedure to be followed in relation to the step.
