187 Definitions—ch 10
connected—a thing is connected with an offence if—
(a) the offence has been committed in relation to it; or
(b) it will provide evidence of the commission of the offence; or
(c) it was used, or it is intended to be used, to commit the offence.
occupier, of premises, means a person believed by an inspector, on
reasonable grounds, to be the occupier of, or in charge of, the
premises.
offence includes an offence that there are reasonable grounds for
believing has been, or will be, committed.
premises includes—
(a) a structure, building, aircraft, vehicle or vessel; and
(b) a place (whether enclosed or built on or not); and
(c) a part of premises (including premises mentioned in
paragraph (a) or (b)).
