186B Effect of payments under LTCS Act on limitation period (1) To remove any doubt, a payment made by the LTCS commissioner under the LTCS Act does not, for the Limitation Act 1985, section 32 (Confirmation), confirm a cause of action under this Act. payment, by the LTCS commissioner, means a payment that is made voluntarily or in accordance with a requirement under the LTCS Act.
