182E Claims to which pt 9.2 applies
This part applies only to a damages claim against 1 or more of the
following people:
(a) the employer;
(b) a person who is vicariously liable for the acts of the employer;
(c) a person for whose acts the employer is vicariously liable.

182EA Application to participate in LTCS scheme
(a) a worker is proposing to make a claim for damages in relation
to an injury for which a claim for compensation has been made,
or may be made, under this Act or under the statutory workers
compensation scheme of a place outside the ACT; and
(b) the worker is eligible to participate in the LTCS scheme in
relation to the injury.
(2) Before the worker brings a court proceeding based on the claim
against a respondent for the claim, the worker must apply under the
LTCS Act to participate in the LTCS scheme.
