182 Payments by DI fund manager
(1) If the DI fund manager pays compensation in relation to an injury to
a worker, this chapter applies as if a reference to the worker’s
employer were a reference to the DI fund.
(2) If the DI fund manager and an employer both pay compensation in
relation to an injury suffered by a worker, the rights of the DI fund
under this chapter in relation to the payment have priority over the
rights of the employer.
