171C Approval of terms of settlement by court (1) This section applies if proposed terms of settlement of a claim for payment provide for payment of a lump sum to the claimant. (2) The DI fund manager may apply to the Magistrates Court for approval of the terms of settlement. (3) The Magistrates Court may approve the terms of settlement if satisfied that they are just.
