170J Liquidator to forward claims to DI fund manager The liquidator of a licensed insurer who receives a claim for payment must— (a) give a copy of the claim to the DI fund manager; and (b) give the manager all the information, and a copy of all the documents (including a copy of any judgment, order or award) that the liquidator has relating to the claim.
