170I Claim for payment if entitlement to claim compensation
and liability covered by compulsory insurance policy
(a) a person is entitled to claim against an employer for
compensation under this Act for an injury to, or the death of, a
territory worker employed by the employer; and
(c) the licensed insurer is wound up or cannot provide the indemnity
required by the policy to be provided.
