170E Claim for payment if employer to pay and liability not
covered by compulsory insurance policy etc
(a) a person has made a claim against an employer for compensation
under this Act; and
(i) the employer has agreed to pay compensation; or
(ii) the liability of the employer to pay compensation has been
established; and
(d) the liability of the employer to pay the compensation is not
covered by a compulsory insurance policy; and
(e) at the end of 1 month after the day the compensation becomes
payable, the compensation (or any part of it) has not been paid
to the person.
