170E Claim for payment if employer to pay and liability not covered by compulsory insurance policy etc (a) a person has made a claim against an employer for compensation under this Act; and (i) the employer has agreed to pay compensation; or (ii) the liability of the employer to pay compensation has been established; and (d) the liability of the employer to pay the compensation is not covered by a compulsory insurance policy; and (e) at the end of 1 month after the day the compensation becomes payable, the compensation (or any part of it) has not been paid to the person. fund for payment of the amount of the compensation that remains unpaid. compensation includes— (a) an amount in settlement of a claim for compensation; and (b) costs payable to a worker by an employer in relation to a claim for compensation.
