170B How claim for payment made if no licensed insurer
(b) the liability of the employer to pay the compensation is not
covered by a compulsory insurance policy; and
(i) the employer has been wound up; or
(ii) a liquidator has been appointed for the employer but the
employer has not been wound up; or
(iii) the liability of the employer to pay the compensation
remains unpaid for at least 1 month.
