168 Licensed insurers and licensed self-insurers must give information (1) The DI fund manager may, by written notice given to a licensed insurer, require the insurer to give the manager, within a stated reasonable time, the following: (a) a written statement of the licensed insurer’s gross written premiums for a stated period; (b) any other stated information in relation to the amounts paid or earned by the licensed insurer in relation to compulsory insurance policies.
