164F Regulatory action in another jurisdiction
(a) a licensee holds a licence under another workers compensation
law; and
(b) regulatory action is taken, or is proposed to be taken, against the
licensee in relation to that licence.
(2) The licensee must, as soon as possible after the licensee becomes
aware of the regulatory action, tell the regulator—
(a) the proposed regulatory action or regulatory action taken; and
(b) the day on which the regulatory action takes effect.
Note It is also a condition of a licence under s 145E and s 145P that the licensee
notify the regulator of any regulatory action taken against the licensee
under a workers compensation law.
