164A Meaning of regulatory action—div 8.1.5
In this division:
licence means an insurer licence or a self-insurer licence.
licensee means a licensed insurer or a licensed self-insurer.
regulatory action, against a licensee, means any of the following
actions:
(a) including, amending, or revoking, a regulator condition on the
licence;
(b) suspending the licence for either a fixed period or until a
particular event happens;
(c) disqualifying the licensee from applying for another licence for
a fixed period or until a particular event happens;
(d) cancelling the licence.
