145S Failing to hold a self-insurer licence
(1) A person commits an offence if the person—
(b) is not—
(i) the holder of a compulsory insurance policy with a licensed
insurer; or
(ii) a prescribed employer that employs only prescribed
workers; and
(c) fails to hold a self-insurer licence.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person—
