145B Regulator may request more information (1) The regulator may, by written notice, require an applicant for an insurer licence to give the regulator information that the regulator reasonably needs to decide the application, within a stated time, at a stated place. (2) If the applicant does not comply with a requirement in the notice, the regulator may refuse to consider the application further.
