143A Definitions
insurance service—an insurer provides an insurance service if, in
the course of carrying on a business, the insurer indemnifies an
employer for any liability of the employer, in relation to the
employer’s workers, under this Act.
insurer licence means a licence issued under section 145D.
licensed insurer means an insurer who holds an insurer licence.
licensed self-insurer means an employer who holds a self-insurer
self-insurer licence means a licence issued under section 145O.
