142 Vocational rehabilitation
(1) If the worker has a compensable injury, the employer must provide
the worker with vocational rehabilitation in accordance with this Act.
(2) The provision of vocational rehabilitation to the worker is not taken
to be an admission of liability for the worker’s claim for
compensation.
(3) This section does not apply to a non-business employer.
(4) Also, this section does not apply if the worker is a participant in the
LTCS scheme.
(5) A regulation may exempt employers from subsection (1), either
completely or in prescribed circumstances.
(6) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
