103C Appointment
(1) An employer must appoint a return-to-work coordinator.
(2) If a return-to-work coordinator’s position becomes vacant, the
employer must appoint another person to the position within
3 months after the position becomes vacant.
(b) the employer fails to comply with a requirement under
subsections (1) or (2).
