100 Employer’s personal injury plan obligations
(1) The employer must take part and cooperate in the establishment of a
personal injury plan for the injured worker.
(2) The employer must comply with the reasonable obligations imposed
on the employer under the personal injury plan.
(3) This section does not apply if the employer is a licensed self-insurer.
