56 Application for WWC check by applicant who has previously been given a WWC exclusion

If a person who has been given a WWC exclusion applies for a WWC check, the Regulator must not consider the application further unless the Regulator has been notified in writing that there has been a relevant change in circumstances within the meaning of section 77 relating to the giving of the exclusion.
