S. 36(1)(a) amended by No. 20/2025 s. 15.
(a) a person who holds an NDIS clearance applies in accordance with section 35 for the carrying out of an NDIS check; and

(b) the Regulator has not been notified of any relevant change in circumstances set out in section 34(2).
