173 List of staff
(1) Before the relevant date, the Secretary must prepare and submit to the Minister a document signed by the Secretary, listing the executive officers and employees in the Department of Government Services employed under the Public Administration Act 2004 before the relevant date who perform functions to assist the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety in relation to the functions of the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety under this Act.
(2) The document may be amended by instrument signed by the Secretary and given to the Minister and the amendment is to be regarded as having effect, or having had effect, from the relevant date.
(3) Nothing in this section prevents a person listed in the document as an executive officer or employee in the Department of Government Services from resigning or being dismissed at any time before the relevant date in accordance with the terms and conditions of the person's employment.
