170 Definitions
commencement day means the day on which section 120 of the Social Services Regulation Amendment (Child Safety, Complaints and Worker Regulation) Act 2025 comes into operation;
relevant date, in relation to a document referred to in section 173(1), means the date fixed by the Minister under section 172 for the purposes of that document;
Secretary means Secretary to the Department of Government Services.
