17 Application for NDIS check by applicant who has previously been given an NDIS exclusion

If a person who has been given an NDIS exclusion applies for an NDIS check within 5 years after being given the NDIS exclusion, the Regulator must not consider the application further unless the Regulator has been notified in writing that there has been a relevant change in circumstances within the meaning of section 37 relating to the giving of the exclusion.
