139 Secretary to Department of Families, Fairness and Housing may disclose information about out of home carers
Nothing in this Act or the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 prevents the Secretary to the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing disclosing to the Regulator information relating to a person who is engaged in child-related work described in section 7(6) if the disclosure is made for the purposes of the administration or execution of this Act in relation to child-related work or the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
