703 Particular work involving engineered stone – exception if carried out before 1 July 2024
[Regulation 703 Substituted by S.R. 2024, No. 30, Applied:01 Jul 2024] Regulation 529D does not apply to work that involves engineered stone benchtops, panels or slabs if –
(a) the work is carried out before 1 July 2024; and
(b) for work that involves processing engineered stone – the work is controlled.
