702C Refund of fees
The regulator, at its discretion, may refund the whole or any part of an application fee paid under these regulations –
(a) if the regulator refuses to grant the application; or
(b) if the application is withdrawn by the applicant; or
(c) in any other circumstances the regulator considers appropriate.
