702B Application of non-model corresponding laws
For the purposes of the definition of corresponding WHS law in section 4 of the Act, the following laws are declared to be corresponding laws:
(a) the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 of Victoria;
(b) the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 of Western Australia.
