702A Infringement notices offences and penalties
For section 243(1) of the Act –
(a) an offence against a provision of the Act or regulations specified in column 2 of the table in Schedule 18A is prescribed as an offence for the purposes of infringement notices; and
(b) the penalties specified in column 3 of that table are the penalties applicable to those prescribed offences.
