565 Safety assessment
The operator of a licensed major hazard facility must keep a copy of the safety assessment documented under regulation 555 as revised under Part 9.3 and this Part at the facility.
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $6 000; or
(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $30 000.
