530 This Chapter does not apply to certain facilities
(1) This Chapter does not apply in relation to a facility that is regulated by the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority under the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 of the Commonwealth or the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 .
(2) This Chapter does not apply in relation to a pipeline or distribution system (other than a pipeline facility within the meaning of the Gas Safety Act 2019 ), the operation of which requires a licence under the Gas Industry Act 2019 .
(2A) In this regulation –
distribution system has the same meaning as in the Gas Industry Act 2019 .
