529C Duty for processing of CSS to be controlled
[Regulation 529C Substituted by S.R. 2024, No. 36, Applied:01 Sep 2024] A person conducting a business or undertaking must not carry out, or direct or allow a worker to carry out, processing of a CSS unless the processing is controlled.
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $6 000; or
(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $30 000.
