327 Alteration of general construction induction training card
A person who holds a general construction induction training card must not intentionally or recklessly alter the card.
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $3 600; or
(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $18 000.
