302 Review of safe work method statement
A person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure that a safe work method statement is reviewed and as necessary revised if relevant control measures are revised under regulation 38 .
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $3 600; or
(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $18 000.
