253 Duty of design verifier
A design verifier of the design of an item of plant specified in Part 1 of Schedule 5 must document the design verification process carried out by that person and the results of that process.
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $3 600; or
(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $18 000.
