83  Recognition of high risk work licences in other jurisdictions  (1) In this Subdivision, a reference to a high risk work licence includes a reference to an equivalent licence:  (b) that is being used in accordance with the terms and conditions under which it was granted.  (1A) For the purposes of subregulation 83(1) and without limitation, a non‑slewing mobile crane licence is taken to be equivalent to a high risk work licence for the class of work referred to in table item 23 in Schedule 3 if the licence:  (a) is granted under a corresponding WHS law that authorises the carrying out of that class of work under such a licence; and  (b) is being used in accordance with the terms and conditions under which it was granted.  (2) Subregulations (1) and (1A) do not apply to a licence that is suspended or cancelled or has expired in the corresponding jurisdiction.
