726  Hazardous manual tasks—duties of suppliers   The duties imposed on a supplier of plant under regulation 61 do not apply until 1 January 2013. Part 5—Plant and structures Note: Part 5 makes transitional arrangements relating to Chapter 5 of these Regulations. The numbering of these Divisions and Subdivisions matches the Parts and Divisions of Chapter 5. Division 5.1—General duties for plant and structures Subdivision 2—Duties of persons conducting businesses or undertakings that design plant 730  Hazard identified in design during manufacture   The duties imposed on a designer of plant under regulation 188 do not apply in relation to any plant unless the manufacturer of the plant advises the designer of the plant, on or after 1 January 2012, that there is a hazard in the design of the plant.
