563  Review   The operator of a determined major hazard facility must review and as necessary revise the major hazard facility’s safety case after any review is conducted under regulation 559. Note 1: The operator of a licensed major hazard facility is required to tell the regulator about any change in relation to certain information about the licence (see regulation 588). Note 2: Section 12F of the Act provides that strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under the Act, unless otherwise stated. The reference in section 12F of the Act includes these Regulations. Part 9.4—Licensed major hazard facilities—risk management   Note: This Part applies to a major hazard facility that is licensed under Part 9.7.
