537  Notification—proposed facilities  (1) The operator of a proposed facility at which Schedule 15 chemicals are likely to be present in a quantity that exceeds 10% of their threshold quantity may notify the regulator of this circumstance Note 1: See definition of proposed facility in subregulation 5(1). Note 2: For the meaning of likely to be present, see regulation 532.  (2) Any notification under this regulation must include the information required by regulation 538 (with any necessary changes).
