487  Requirement to hold Class B asbestos removal licence  (1) A person must not carry out the removal of the following at a workplace unless the person, or the person on whose behalf the work is carried out, holds a Class B asbestos removal licence or a Class A asbestos removal licence:  (a) more than 10 square metres of non‑friable asbestos or ACM;  (b) ACD associated with the removal of more than 10 square metres of non‑friable asbestos or ACM.  (2) A person who conducts a business or undertaking must not direct or allow a worker to carry out the removal of the following unless the person holds a Class B asbestos removal licence or a Class A asbestos removal licence:  (a) more than 10 square metres of non‑friable asbestos or ACM;  (b) ACD associated with the removal of more than 10 square metres of non‑friable asbestos or ACM.
