469  Signage and barricades for asbestos removal work   An asbestos removalist must ensure that:  (a) signs alerting persons to the presence of asbestos are placed to indicate where the asbestos removal work is being carried out; and  (b) barricades are erected to delineate the asbestos removal area. Note: Section 12F of the Act provides that strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under the Act, unless otherwise stated. The reference in section 12F of the Act includes these Regulations.
