463  Asbestos removalist must obtain register  (1) A licensed asbestos removalist must obtain a copy of the asbestos register for a workplace before the removalist carries out asbestos removal work at the workplace. Note: Section 12F of the Act provides that strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under the Act, unless otherwise stated. The reference in section 12F of the Act includes these Regulations.  (2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if the asbestos removal work is to be carried out at domestic premises.
